I had an account with you guys but it got deactivated to I had to make a new one which now had none of my information saved how do I get thst all back

Accounts cannot be combined or merged.  Contact customer service for a deactivated account.

The other account can be reactivated but you will have to contact TurboTax support to start the process. 

TurboTax accounts cannot be merged or combined.

 

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
