I got to the end of my tax return and it will not accept my license code from my online receipt. am i missing something?

Seems like you are in the Online web version.  You can't apply the License Code to the Online version.   If you bought the License Code that is for the Desktop program.  You need to download and install the Desktop program and activate it with the License Code before you start.  

 

You can move and continue your return in the Desktop program without paying for Online.
