I got 'Critical Reminder' message after E-filling

My return was rejected 2 days ago, because mismatch in the personal information, I updated it and sent my return again. Now I have a message that my return was accepted (also, see the status in the turbo tax app), but today I got a new message from Turbo Tax > CRITICAL REMINDER: Your tax return needs to be corrected and re-filed.  I can't update my case after e-filling. Please, help.

If you used TurboTax Online, can you try the steps provided below to see if that clears the message or if it still shows "Critical Reminder":

  • Log completely out of your TurboTax account
  • Clear cache and delete cookies
  • Then log back in and see if you are still having the same issue

You can also try using a different web browser. If you are still seeing the same message, please respond back here and let us know.

I used a Windows Desktop Turbotax, so I can't clear my caches and cookies. The alert message was received in the email, don't see any alerts or errors when I open my return in TurboTax.

NOTE: when I click on File a Return > Continue I see the following tex "You have no returns eligible for e-fillings. The following returns have been transmitted (Federal and State return), when I click on Check E-file Status, I see that both returns are accepted.
