I got corrected 1099-Div and 1099-B form, need to amend since I have already filed and recieved refund for 2022

Hi,

I need to pull my new 1099-Div and 1099-B form so Turbo amendment can modify the information. How do I force it to rescan my corrected forms? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'force it to rescan'?

See this TurboTax FAQ for help with amending.

You can e-file your 2022 amended federal tax return, but most states require amendments to be printed and filed by mail.

You can check the status of your amended return here, but allow three weeks after filing for it to show up.

First time I filed, the application scanned my uploaded document and populated the form. I was hoping I could do the same and feed the corrected form. I did not see any option to do that.

Right now, I manually changed the entries. There are no changes in the refund amount.I clicked to efile, its taking a long time. Getting a bit nervous. 🙂

If it does not change the amount of your tax liability for either state or federal you do not have to file the amended return. Please do be sure to put the forms with your tax documents.
