I got a message to add missing email info to the My Info section but there is no place for it. What do I do?

This is a known issue within TurboTax and is under investigation.  In the meantime, try the workaround I'm linking below.

Thanks for your suggestion - I tried that multiple times before finally posting the problem. Still no luck

@shar511812 I'm so sorry.  This workaround was given to me by TurboTax Moderators.  There have been MANY users posting with the same problem, so heavy attention is being given to resolving it ASAP.  Hopefully it will be resolved soon.  So sorry for the inconvenience.
