Having two TurboTax accounts is okay.  But it's important to make sure you know which tax returns you're filing with which accounts.  Sometimes folks get in a panic because they've filed via one account and then are looking for their information in another account.  As long as you understand which is which, and your personal information is correct in both accounts, then you're fine.

Did you find a solution to this issue?

I have the same problem.

@Form SD 100   What same problem are you having?  Are  you looking for the other account?  Do you need to transfer 2021 into 2022?

Sorry you can not delete or merge accounts.  Just pick one and use it going forward.

@Form SD 100 TurboTax accounts cannot be merged or combined.  The "solution" --- if you want to call it that -- is to abandon one of your accounts and only use the other one going forward.   But keep a record of how to access your "old" account in case you need to get to something that is there.   TurboTax and the IRS save returns for seven years--after that the return is gone.

Have you saved the returns in your accounts as pdf's?

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
