I finished and checked all of my returns, upon hitting ready to e-file (file), the page just goes blank with no way to complete sending. I've already changed to deluxe?

all is complete. once I click file the page is blank. says if i refresh i will have to start over. have once again!  downgraded to deluxe now wondering if it's suggesting to go free?

Try this and see if this clears the issue for you.  Please log completely out of TurboTax.  Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies.  After this, close completely out of the browser.  Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.  Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.
