I have the documentation that states when my payment will be made (4/14/2019), but a month later the money has not been withdrawn. Now, I when I go into Turbo Tax, it tells me my return is not completed and it takes me through the same process I already did. I have an e-filing pin that I created when I filed!!! Turbo Tax is also telling me I did not file my 2017 taxes with them, but I have my documentation for that too! I have no idea what I am supposed to do and if I get penalties it is Turbo Tax's fault!!!
Did you efile? Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button? Just paying the fees doesn't file the return. You can check your efile status here <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/</a>
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
If you used the Desktop CD/Download program your online account won't know that you filed.
I went through until the end, when I had to create an e-filing pin.
Was your state return accepted? Better double check.

Then Check the printout or PDF of your return; look for the state cover sheet with the Turbotax logo. If you owed tax, it will show the payment information and how/when you decided to pay. Read the state payment instructions carefully since most states cannot be paid from within the TT system and requires additional steps.

To get whole return with all the worksheets please log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then select Tools, Print Center and choose the print center, then select returns and choose the radio button to include all worksheets.
Did you use the online version or the Desktop installed program? There is no fee for federal in the Desktop program but it is 24.99 to efile state.
In the Online web version there is a fee for federal and a separate fee for state.
Go back through the File tab and try to file agIn.
Or skip the efile fee and choose to mail in the return instead ... then send the payment with the paper forms.
Ok ... you must sign into the correct account to check and see if you filed correctly :
You have to sign onto your online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
