I enter my info in turbotax online to get my AGI and it says I haven't filed in the past. I signed in and I use turbo tax every year

Always keep hard copies with documentation from TurboTax.  I would then contact TurboTax to update my internal records.  Also, I always keep my downloaded TurboTax Tax programs on the computer.
