I edited my interest to the correct number of $475. But when I hit done the number $1220 is showing in the return. Why is that?

It depends on what else was entered in the return. There must be another $745 coming from another source, such as if there is a Schedule K-1 included in your return. If this does not apply to you or you prefer to speak with someone, return to the original entry and check the input or see the link below for how to contact TurboTax.

To do this in TurboTax, follow these steps:

Inside TurboTax, go to the search box and enter 1099-INT and select the Jump to link in the search results to return to this area of your return.
Look toward the lower left hand side of Review your 1099-INT info and select Add another 1099-INT.
