I downloaded TurboTax and it does nor acknowledge that I have paid for a program . I want what I ordered in my download

What do you mean you downloaded it?  It wouldn't let you download without paying.  After you downloaded it did you install it?  Where are you stuck?  Are you stuck in the Online version?
