For security reasons, you'll need to have an email that can be verified. If you don't have an email account, you can signup for a free one with a number of services like Gmail. It only takes a minute. If you no longer have access to the one associated with your TurboTax account, you can change your email account on file by going to Intuit Account on the left navigation menu (bottom left) and editing your profile. If you can't access that or don't see that, you can go to accounts.intuit.com in a separate browser tab and sign in with the same account you are using for TurboTax.
