I don't have a W-2. I completed the 4852. I have no clue what the EIN is. I need to file my taxes...what do I do?

You should call your employer or payroll company and get their EIN in order to properly file your taxes. Get it from last year's W-2, if you're still working for the same employer.

An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number, and is used to identify a business entity.  It is individual to your employer.
