I don't have a pass through entity.

We sold 2 duplexes last year. When going through the program I indicated that there was no pass through entity. In the review before filing, it says I need to enter my pass through entity. There is none. I went back and made sure I entered no when asked. I had. I am having a heck of a time getting help through Intuit. Anyone know what I should do?

You could have a phantom K-1. Follow the instructions at the link below to delete it.

We checked that the one time I got through to a tax expert. I just did it again. No K-1 forms. Can I just skip that, print it and send it?

I figured it out. Maybe I should work for Intuit. I had entered in an address and date sold on the pass through capital gains worksheet. I deleted the info and it let me file.
