I didnt get my extra $100 dollars. Why not?

Was suppose to get an extra $100 for haveing my stare and fed deposited into the same account  opened for my refund advance. I asked credit karma they said ask you guys at turbo tax.

In order to receive the $100 bonus, you need to ensure you do the following: 

1. You need to deposit the tax return in your credit Karma spend account

2. You need to have set up direct deposit into the account for before the end of June (not the tax refund deposit). 

 

For additional information, you will need to contact Credit Karma.

Not liars, not scammers, but there are steps you have to follow to get the $100.

I filed February 23, got me refund around march and 10. I followed all the steps, the direct deposit, etc. and still never got it?? every time i reach out to customer service they just send the terms. Like yes i know i followed all the terms and i’ve gotten no $100 bonus

Just be sure you follow ALL (3) steps listed and you will receive the $100. Mine was posted to my CK account today 4/13/2022. Taxes were filed on 2/22/2022.

I read the terms like 50 times and followed all the steps. I reached out to customer service to ask why I didn’t get it and all they told me was I have to wait until June 15th. Filed on the  2/20/22 and got my refund deposited on 3/10/22 but still didn’t get the bonus.

bruh yes I completed all the steps. I know how to read fine print, and like i just said before I reached out to customer service multiple times and al they do is send me the three steps. so yes i’ve read them like 50 times and completed all the steps.

Yes, I set up direct deposit. I had my instacart pay direct deposited into the account in the beginning of march. So unless they do not consider the instacart direct deposit as a “qualified direct deposit”, then I’ve followed all the steps and still did not receive it.

So you don’t know? The UI for your FAQ is a nightmare for finding an answer for a specific question. I’m trying to ask a human that represents this organization what qualifies as a direct deposit, as it varies from bank to bank.

Yeah, I was told in February that I’d get it with my taxes. My friend got their bonus with their tax deposit. They make me jump through hoops and when I did everything they said they said I didn’t do it. I even had 3 deposits from my employer and they still said I’m not eligible. I even have emails where credit karma stated that I’d receive the bonus at the end of the day THREE DAYS ago. This is bull**bleep**, Credit Karma is a scam

How did you get the money then if you need a deposit after June 10th? I had 3 separate deposits from my employer in the month of March and still got nothing. I don’t believe you. And if you got it then me and others should have been given it and not given the run around. It’s **bleep**ing bull**bleep**

A COMPLETE SCAM. I’m genuinely so furious. I have messaged them literally 30 times for months. I was told in April I had to wait until June 15 to receive it. On June 15 I messaged them in the morning, they said I will be receiving it by the end of the day. Around 11pm I messaged them again and was told wait until the end of the day and if I don’t get it talk to them tomorrow. Talked to them the next day, they said I am eligible and I should have got it, and they have to direct my case to their “specialized team”. Never heard anything. Last night I got an email saying my case was closed because I never responded, but they never sent me anything?!? I messaged them again last night and they said they were redirecting it again. This morning I get a message saying a 2021 (should be 2022 so that makes no sense) promotion is not valid in my account. Like what?!?! I was told on June 15th that I was eligible and they said “don’t worry you will receive the bonus”. It’s such bull, i’m so over them after I spent all this time doing the run around . I doubt anyone got anything!

This is the exact same message I got. After reviewing the terms, I completed all three steps and sent dates for each step. Nothing. This is absolutely a scam.
