I did not file a 2015 return but amounts from 2015 are showing on my 2016 return. How do I manually change that. I cannot clear and start over because I have already paid

Its amounts on my "Tax History Report". Is that report sent to the IRS when I efile.

The "Tax History Report" is for your records only it is NOT sent to the IRS.
