I continue to get a rejection notice indicating the IRS doesnt recognize me. Everything is correct (AGI pin, etc.) What can I do to get them to accept my tax return?

Last year I used Turbotax but mailed in my IRS payment. I don't understand by they no longer recognize me. Do you think the two things are related? If so, How do I get them to recognize men again?

What is the rejection code or rejection message?

If it was rejected for AGI—-your 2022 AGI might not be in the IRS system if you filed late. Try using zero instead.

If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
