I changed my mind and do not require the $39 upgrade. the free version will suffice. How do I cancel this?

In the Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now.  Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition?

And FYI - Deluxe is $39 for federal and another $39 for state.  Total $78.
