I cannot speak to a live representative because the automated system cannot find my account by you just processed my credit card for $116 dollars

It's likely the system is picking up the Free account you have online and not the Paid download you purchased. Please 'upgrade' your online account. Note, that you do not need to complete your taxes in this account.
