I cannot import my Fidelity 1099 tax form to my return. What is going on?

I was filing my form via the Turbotax Online service. I had a tax form that was sent to be by Fidelity Investments but when I tried to import my data to Turbotax, it would not accept it. It told me that I had to insert manually due to a "907" error. I contacted my institution and they told me that there was nothing wrong on my end. I am not sure what is going on but I need help. Can anyone tell me what went wrong? What is "907"? And should I do it manually like it said?

I've not seen anyone else reporting this issue. Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.

If that doesn't work, please call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service

I contacted Fidelity  and it turned out that the reason I cannot import my data is due to my form being a De Minimus tax form. That is why I cannot import my forms to TurboTax. I thought my forms were ready but it turns out that I didn't get an actual form. So much time was wasted. I am going to contact TurboTax and/or the IRS to see how I can proceed. Thank You.

Can you manually enter your form?

I think so. I can post in the 1099 investment form, right?

Depending on what type of Form 1099 you have, here's instructions on How to Enter 1099-INT, How to Enter a 1099-DIV, and How to Enter 1099-B

Please let us know if you have more questions, or need additional info.
