You could have some data stuck that isn't showing. You need to delete the W2, log out of the program, then enter it again like this:

  1. Go back to the W2 screen.
  2. inputted the EIN,
  3. hit continue,
  4. click on Skip Import.
  5. type in Met Life,
  6. the address,
  7. continue and
  8. you should be able to fill in the boxes now

I followed your instructions. I managed to get employer ID  and address, my information and it stopped. No continue button!
Document is called form W2 Wage and Tax statement 2021. It does not look like a typical W2.  Box 13 third party sick pay is checked. HELP!

The third party sick pay is a normal report on the W2. Let's try the removal of cookies and cache which sometimes remembers pieces of information that you wanted removed from the computer and can affect your software as well.

Here are the official instructions for the most popular browsers:

I cleared cache in google and safari. I still cannot add a W2 for MetLife ID [PII removed]. Software does not allow me to enter the wages etc.  It's in review status without data to review.  I do not know how this W2 can be reported to IRS.

To confirm, did you delete the W-2 entirely then re-enter it?

If not, please follow the steps listed in the below TurboTax help article to delete the W-2 and then re-enter it.

How do I delete a W-2?
