1) Check to make sure all yoru Windows updates are fully installed and rebooted.....several updates were issued this week and might be Partially, but not Fully installed. Those partially-installed OS updates are known to cause TTX "issues".

2) Using a VPN? Not sure what happens anymore with those...they used to be an occasional problem.
