I already have chrome. I can't sign in. The sign in page keeps going back to the browser download screen. I can't download chrome again of course. I am using a chromebook.

Using Chrome the minimum version is 73.x What version are you using?
The latest is Chrome Version 79.0.3945.130

I have chrome BUT because I couldn't get past the download screen I downloaded it again 3 times....I have an account and turbo tax opens it for me....BUT then to that darn chrome page from which you can NEVER get by.
I'm already on the latest version of Chrome. That's what the problem is. I don't see a solution here.

Only TurboTax Online will only work on the Chromebook when using the Chrome web browser on it. You will need Chrome 73.x or higher.
