I can't seem to update my direct deposit information. All it says is show next to routing and account number. No Update option.

I have logged out and gone back in multiples times.  I go to the File section and go through the different options but there is no where to update my account or routing number

HOW TO CHANGE OR ENTER BANKING INFORMATION FOR REFUND

https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/change-transferred-direct-deposit-information/L77NCbU6D_US_en_US?uid=m6tuh572

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.

My taxes are not pending. I'm still trying to file them and TurboTax won't let me update my banking info.

Please read and follow the directions in the FAQ that was linked to you.  Read the whole thing.   You have to go to Step 2 in the FILE section.

That link is incredibly UNHELPFUL. I'm in the same boat as the original poster.

THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHANGE THE DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION!

The second checkbox cannot be unchecked! And the button below says CONFIRM PAYMENT! Stop pasting that link everywhere as though it actually helps!

Can we get someone who actually knows what they're talking about here!?

EDIT: How you ACTUALLY change your information is you have to select OTHER REFUND OPTIONS, even though the only options they give is paper check or split! That's incredibly misleading! Then select the CONFIRM PAYMENT button, which is ALSO MISLEADING! You should now get to a screen to edit your payment information. Would love it if there was actually useful information in the FAQ and in the OTHER REFUND OPTION list.

Step 4 in the instructions says to select See All Options. From your screenshot, the wording is different. Click on Other Refund Options.

See this FAQ: How do I change my transferred direct deposit information?
