Thanks for at least getting back to me, it's so difficult to even find how to post a question here and usually it never gets an answer. I'm not using TT online, had problems (similar to what you mentioned) with it in past years so I started getting it on my desktop the past couple of years. I did get TT Advantage with my subscription this year, so I called, and actually got picked up in a reasonable time frame. But the person couldn't help, seem to have very low level skills and then they transferred which went into a indefinite hold. No help there. Since I couldn't even get my taxes started with TT this year because of the failed import issue and the lack of any real help, I gave up finally. I've used TT for many years, struggling with issues and wasted so much time until I figured out a way around them, just not doing it all over again this year.
They did at least give me a refund.
