You might want to contact Merrill for this issue to ensure you have access to all of the documents.
This is not a Merrill issue. It's a TT one. Has anyone had any success with this?
If so, what did you have to do?
Please follow the instructions here to enter or import the 1099B.

Whether or not it is a Merrill or TurboTax issue, the issue is one that you are experiencing, but many others are not. As a result, it is likely related to your Merrill account as opposed to TurboTax.
If you select Merrill Edge, you should be able to import your 1099-B statement after entering your Merrill Login ID and password. I have been able to import a 1099-B from Merrill on several test returns without issue.
