I bought turbotax deluxe and no matter what i did i couldnt get the the code to work i tried all the things that was suggested

Deluxe software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for.  If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

I am assuming you got the answer you were looking as a response?   as I am running into issues with turbotax downloading my last year turbotax refund - pdf- this yr turbo  tax program is telling me last yr return saved as a pdf is an invalid but does not come up with a solution onn why its invalid as its is a turbotax saved return
