I bought turbo tax software at best buy does that include paying for my tax return?

No, when you buy the TurboTax Software, you are only paying for the ability to prepare your taxes.  If you owe Federal or State Taxes, you will be required to still pay for them.

Yes I know it wont pay for my taxes. My question was will it pay for the filing fee that turbo tax charges?

If you purchased the TurboTax desktop software to be installed on a personal computer, then you receive 5 free federal e-files with the software.  

For a state tax return there is currently a $19.99 e-file fee for each state return e-filed.  This fee can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.
