I bought Turbo Tax Deluxe 2023 CD from Walmart, I tried install, but got error message "MSVCP140.dll was not found" How to install?

I can't install Turbo Tax Deluxe 2023 as "MSVCP140.dll was not found" Please advise, how to install?
