You have to download the desktop software you purchased and then install the software on a personal computer. During the installation procedure you will be asked to enter the license code.

You seem to be in the Online version and not the Desktop program you bought. If you have a License Code, you need to download and install the program on your computer and can move your online return to the Desktop program. You can continue your return in the Desktop program without paying for Online.
