Got an email with a service code for $20 off due to issues I discussed with Adrianne Crichlow. Unfortunately, what she didn't say is you cannot be beyond step one of filing when you use this code! I was (and still am) sitting in step 2. I called again and Saulius S. tried to help me and in the end he asked I write this to kick this up a level. I really would like this $20 as I'm spending over $140 not including filing fees. How can I move back to step 1 in my tax program, or just send me a check for $20 once I finish filing (much easier route)?
To get your partner discount, be sure to always start on the affiliate partner’s website, such as your bank, credit union, insurance company, or other affiliate like Uber or Lyft. Select the TurboTax link from the partner’s website to access your tax return in TurboTax.
