I am using TT Deluxe online and need to add a 1099-R, system not responding?

Under Federal, Wages & Income, Retirement Plans only shows Social Security and does not respond with option to work and enter my own information.

SO you can't even get in when you scroll down the page to the Retirement section ??

or

You get in, but don't see how to enter the data manually AFTER you start thru that 1099-R entry section?

Thank you for your help.  I had tossing out and then sign back in before I could access that page showing below.  I did manage to get my taxes finished but after 2 years of this I am finished using turbotax.  Thanks for your help.

TT Delux on WIN 10 desktop.  Able to enter all data until SS.  Cannot even get cursor into most boxes.  Can open forms and enter data which then shows in boxes but cannot edit.   02/21/2022

I  am using TT Delux on Win 10 desktop.  Program was downloaded.  I opened the program, successfully imported data from 2021 and have entered most of my 2022 data up to entry of our SS information.  I cannot even get the cursor into  most, but not all boxes for SS category.  I can actually open view forms and enter data from the form; however I cannot edit the entry.  I have seen similar postings for previous years.

 What are my options?  Can I delete the program and reload?  Are you going to post a program update? Do I have to apply for a refund and patiently wait to complete my taxes?  Very frustrating to not be able to contact a person.  All  HELP links are for actual tax problems.

Try updating the program. Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software (Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business)

Lets make sure that you have met all the system requirements to be able to utilize the software optimally. If you are good to go as far as that is concerned, the best way to get assistance for this type of situation (after already trying all other suggestions), is to contact customer support via phone.
