I am trying to upload my transaction history from Coinbase. I assumed the format would be acceptable to Turbo Tax Premier but it will not accept the information. Pls help

If I have to enter them individually, but I don't understand how to determine date of sale and date of purchase. The heading from Coinbase says transaction type in the heading for date.
