I am trying to review my personal income but when I click review it wants me to connect to a TurboTax specialist and won't let me say "no thanks."

I had to pay for an upgrade for the first time because I am self-employed. When I try to review and input my income information, it asks if I want help from a TurboTax specialist. It won't let me click "no thanks" or "connect me." When either button is clicked, it turns green and nothing happens.

Please log completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
