I am trying to locate the License box to utilize the CD I purchased. When I sign on the "Next Step" is supposed to be enter the license code found inside the CD box?

Did you get the CD installed?  You can't apply the Desktop License Code to the Online version.  Or are you trying to download the program?

You need to install the CD and when you are prompted enter the license code. It appears perhaps you were logged in to TurboTax Online when you tried to do this initially.
