I am trying to file from abroad using the Pro service. However, I have no US number for the initial call and no way to contact TurboTax via email. How can I proceed?

I would like to arrange for the call to my UK mobile phone number (eg via WhatsApp) or to call TurboTax via WhatsApp. I cant figure my taxes out without recourse to a real person.
