Having exact same issue with Georgia, tried to Efile yesterday. No problem Efiling last year using the same program, when is the fix coming.
I have the same problem. Called them several times. Latest info was it would be available 2/22/2019. However, still not working. The support person I just spoke with told me to mail it in. Didn't like that answer, asked for issue to be raised to higher support; the support person instead dropped my call when attempting to transfer.
Not surprising. I have not called them yet but based on your experience it sounds like a waste of time. I logged into TT last night for the first time in three days, it downloaded some updates and I was hopeful but nothing changed. Another person here stated that they were going to print and mail, but the program told them it had to be efiled. Frustrating. I've used this program forever for both home and business, but based on this experience will be looking at competitors next year.
I just tried to print. Receive the message. YOU DID NOT CHOOSE TO E-FILE THIS RETURN, HOWEVER, THE TAXING AGENCY REQUIRES THAT IT BE E-FILED. IT CANNOT BE FILED BY MAIL.
Consistent with what another user reported. Is there a way that you can print a "copy for review" and then just mail that?

Supposedly there is a fix coming with a product update being released on 3/1/19.
