I am trying to change my password and don't remember my old password but cannot change password because it is asking me for my current password.

I forgot my password.  In trying to log in, over 3 times got locked out for a brief time.  Now I would like to change both my ID and Password.  Can you help?

That is how I got longed now.  I am fearful of logging out now that I am in.  Can I speak with someone?
