I have updated the software and I still get the message that the Louisiana forms are not available yet.

Let me suggest trying a MANUAL update. It's a bit more complicated, but still not difficult. Instructions follow.

I'll be checking back to see if this worked. If this doesn't work, try saving your TurboTax file and closing your TT program. Then delete your browser's history, clearing cache and deleting cookies. You may also try a different browser.
We'll get this figured out.
