I am receiving the message 'Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.' I deleted my State return and redid it, nothing works!

I also ended up deleting my entire return and reentering it, but cannot figure out why I am getting this message.

Which state are you filing in?

 

There may be forms required for your state tax return that aren't available yet. If that is the case, the program will not let you e-file. You can check the status of the specific forms needed for your state in the link below.

MN.  I don’t see that any forms are not available.  I have tried everything and am getting so frustrated!
