I can't tell if this is the same situation but I am not able to type any info on my Social Security information. When I try to enter the info, nothing is being typed. I have tried an onscreen keyboard, bluetooth keyboard and wired keyboard, all behave the same.
I was able to fill in the boxes on an interest account and two days ago I was able to enter info for an investment account.
I got a strange message regarding another user being involved but I am the only user and as far as I know, only one instance of TT is running. There was an update the day this started.
You don''t need to respond to me, I will watch the thread to see if it gets resolved.

In reference to @lmjohnson37 and @VolvoGirl , I was able to repair mine by typing in a number, even though I could not see it being typed. I then tabbed to the next box, and I had to hit tab twice, but I was able to enter that number, when I could not before. I went back to the first box and am now able to enter info normally in my Social Security section.
Some sort of a glitch effecting mainly the Social Security section.
