I am getting a rejection code REJ002

I am getting rejection code REJ002, I attempted to “fix” it by going through TurboTax automated steps to “fix” whatever issues. The steps if we can call them that are very rudimentary, it does it’s little “updating” cycle and takes me to the ID landing page. My information is in there from previous entry and I select the rifle option. The next day I get another rejection. 

I’m beyond frustrated this is the third internal “rejection” due to some unknown error TurboTax is “helping” me fix. I will say this is the first year I have used the free service and if this is their way to get me to paid services I will gladly take our returns to the IRS and file it with them.
