I am frustrated, i paid for TT to do my taxes but when i click the button to talk to a human, it says Channel Closed. Is there really no way to speak to a human being?

When you say you paid for TT to "do" you taxes----do you mean you paid for Full Service---to have an expert do all of the preparation of your return?
