I am enrolled in TurboTax Advantage. Where is my software download. I was told via email that I would be charged in November of 2017. I updated my data.

Did your credit card actually get charged on Nov 7 or soon after?  If you updated your info after like Nov 4 it might be for next year's 2018 program.
