I am at Step 1 Review your order. I cannot go to Step 2. Your refund info.

I can't get to File

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Also, make sure you have ran all updates. You might also try a different browser if that doesn't work.
