I AGREED TO PAY $54.99 TO HAVE MY 2017 TAXES FILED. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT, BRING THE COST OF MY TAX FIING TO NEARLY $100.00?

You can see what your fees are for by clicking on My Account then Tools then My Fees. There are separate fees for federal and state preparation and an additional $34.99 charge if you choose the option to pay your fees from your federal refund.
