I agreed to have my payment taken out of my account on 4/1/21 however i see that it is already taken out of my refund amount...am i gonna get charged twice?

Taxes owed can

Never

be paid from a Tax Refund, federal or state. What you are seeing is TurboTax showing you the Net of your refund less the taxes owed.

The taxes owed will be debited from your account and the full amount of the tax refund will be sent to you.
