So you subscribed to TurboTax Advantage--then you signed up for the CD/download for 2020.  Download the software and then when you begin the new return--before you enter anything else at all---transfer the 2019 data to the 2020 return.

I just saved myself HOURS over this very issue.  I bought the download version from Costco to save about 20 bucks but had already completed the online version, just hadn't filed it yet. What to do??? I didn't want to do it all over again. NEVER FEAR! FIRST: You will need to install the downloaded issue if you've already paid for it, or you'll have to pay again for the online version. NEXT: From the online version, navigate to Your Account, then choose tools from the left drop down option.  From there, save a copy of your return to your computer.  NOW: open your downloaded version, from FILE menu select Open Tax Return, find it in your files and click open. It automatically transfers over the info you entered in the online version. Amazing.
