How to download my free state tax form from a new license while my computer has already downloaded other states with an old license?

I have a new license which has a a free state download, however, after I activated the new license code, Turbotax still sticks to my old forms, and when I try to download a new state, it will ask me to pay for extra state forms. Can someone help how I can utilize the free state download from my new license code?
