How to correct QBI Component Worksheet Line 17 error using 2022 TurboTax Premier?

I have entered everything for my rental property income (not from Sch. K-1) which qualifies QBI deduction. However I had 0 deduction because in the auto-generated QBI Component Worksheet Line 17 shows 100% loss of the entire qualified QBI amount. Where can I make changes in TT user interface so that this number in Line 17 is corrected?

Did you indicate in the QBI interview that your Rental Activity qualified?   Do you have another Business that may be being 'aggregated' on your QBI Component Worksheet?

Since we can't see your return in this forum, here's more info on QBI for Rental Property that may help you and also details on the QBI Component Worksheet.

You should be able to "walk" your QBI calculation from the source form (Schedule E), to the QBI Component worksheet, to the Form 8995/8995-A.

Thank you very much for the reply.

I found the problem: I had an unexpected carry forward QBI loss from 2021 return also using TT. I had a positive QBI in 2021, however, the Worksheet had a bug which replaced a number with a larger duplicated negative number! I have just tested TT 2021 Premier by typing in the correct numbers again and saved it as a test copy, which shows the same error in the QBI Component Worksheet!

Unfortunately I did not find this error before filing 2021 return because it only affected the carry forward amount without changing 2021 tax owed.  Anyone else had the same issue?
